Account security update changes some players’ license identifier
A measure against stolen Rockstar accounts changes the license:/license2: identifier for a small group of players. On some servers, their characters appear to be gone.

- Rolled out gradually from Wednesday 24 June.
- Affected players pick another linked identity as their default in the client, then restart the game.
- That option stays available until 24 June 2027; after that, server staff have to migrate characters.
